Perancangan Sistem Informasi Tracer Study UGK Muara Bulian

Abstract

This study aims to design a tracer study information system for Universitas Graha Karya (UGK) Muara Bulian, which
currently does not have an integrated system to monitor alumni development. The research method uses a user-based system
design approach, with needs analysis through interviews and observations. The design results include user interfaces (admin,
alumni, and leaders), alumni data management, questionnaires, and reporting. The system is designed using a visual prototype
with design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD, as well as the waterfall development method. The final results show that the
system is able to improve the efficiency of alumni tracking and provide accurate data for strategic decision making.
