Pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Rumah Makan Pagi Sore Teratai
Abstract
This study aims to determine the respondents' responses about price and service quality to customer
satisfaction at the Morning Afternoon Restaurant. This research is descriptive quantitative. The sampling
technique used is the Slovin formula, the sample in this study amounted to 70 respondents. Analysis of the
data in this study using multiple linear regression techniques and using the SPSS 20 program. The results
of this study indicate that the price is in the Very Appropriate category, Service Quality is in the Very
Good category, Customer satisfaction is in the Satisfied category. Price and Service Quality have a
significant effect on customer satisfaction as evidenced by the t test, F test and R2.
