Analisis Faktor - Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Sinar Sentosa Primtama Cabang Muara Bulian
Abstract
Satisfaction is a major key to the success of the organization to be able to develop and grow. The
success of the organization in achieving its goals cannot be separated from the role of employees.
Employees are not only objects in achieving organizational goals, but also become subjects or
actors. They can be planners, implementers and controllers who always play an active role in
realizing organizational goals, and have thoughts, feelings and desires that can influence their
attitudes towards work. Job satisfaction contributes greatly to organizational effectiveness and
stimulates employee morale and loyalty. The factors that influence job satisfaction according to
Locke are factors that affect employee job satisfaction, namely compensation/salary factors, work
environment, and employee relations. The purpose of this study was to determine respondents'
responses to employee job satisfaction at PT Sinar Sentosa Primatama Muara Bulian Branch and
to determine the dominant factors that affect employee job satisfaction at PT Sinar Sentosa
Primatama Muara Bulian Branch. The number of samples taken as many as 35 respondents and
data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires.The results of the study show that
the work environment factor is the dominant factor affecting employee job satisfaction at PT Sinar
Sentosa Primatama Muara Bulian Branch with calculations using multiple linear regression on
SPSS 20. The work environment factor has the highest coefficient value, which is 1.013 compared
to other factors.
