ANALISIS FAKTOR FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI MOTIVASI KERJA PERSONIL PADA KEPOLISIAN SEKTOR MUARA BULIAN KABUPATEN BATANG HARI

This research was carried out at Muara Bulian Police, Batang Hari Regency at the end of 2025. The population
and sample in this study were 32 people, while the data collection methods used were interviews and questionnaires,
while the types and sources of data were primary and secondary data. , this research uses qualitative methods with the
consideration that the research was carried out using samples which were used as primary and secondary data sources.
The results of the research show that from the average compensation index of 3.56 it can be concluded that the
compensation factor is in the good category, as well as job promotion which has an average index value of 3.69. It can
be concluded that personnel position promotion is in the good category, then in the work environment, the average
index value is 4.26, it can be concluded that work environment factors are in the very good category, and finally,
employee development index value is 3.64, it can be concluded that employee development factors are in the good
category
