Peran BUMDesa Baung Mandiri dalam Meningkatkan PADes Sungai Baung Kecamatan Muara Bulian Kabupaten Batang Hari

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Baung Mandiri Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDesa Baung Mandiri) in increasing the Original Income of Sungai Baung Village, Muara Bulian District. This study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach, namely by conducting direct interviews with parties involved and related to the Baung Mandiri BUMDesa and direct observation of the required data. For the research results it can be concluded that BUMDesa Baung Mandiri has a role in increasing the Original Income of Sungai Baung Village with the continued increase in profits obtained by BUMDesa from year to year which results in an increase in the Original Income of Sungai Baung Village from year to year, although the increase is not significant every year due to several factors. One of the main factors that causes BUMDesa to not be optimal in increasing profits is not being able to utilize the potential of existing resources in the Village
