Analisis Penggunaan Aplikasi SiKEPO Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Dan Disiplin Pegawai Pada Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Batang Hari

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the procedures for using the SiKEPO application in the General Section of the Batang Hari Regional Secretariat, to determine employee performance and discipline in the General Section of the Batang Hari Regional Secretariat, and to analyze the use of the SiKEPO application in improving employee performance and discipline in the General Section of the Batang Hari Regional Secretariat. The research method was qualitative research. Data collection used questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis included data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The population was employees of the General Section of the Batang Hari Regional Secretariat, and a sample of 37 people. The results of this study are: 1.
