Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the procedures for using the SiKEPO application in the General Section of the Batang Hari Regional Secretariat, to determine employee performance and discipline in the General Section of the Batang Hari Regional Secretariat, and to analyze the use of the SiKEPO application in improving employee performance and discipline in the General Section of the Batang Hari Regional Secretariat. The research method was qualitative research. Data collection used questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis included data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The population was employees of the General Section of the Batang Hari Regional Secretariat, and a sample of 37 people. The results of this study are: 1. Procedures for Using the Sikepo Application (1). Download the Batang Hari Portal application at https://presensi.BatangHarikab.go.id/ (2). Fill in your username and password, then press enter. (3). Take attendance according to the specified time by pressing the Camera Tool. (4). After the absence, the attendance history display will appear, (5). If on duty out of town, Permit and Sick leave must be confirmed with the SiKEPO admin, 2. The average value of the employee performance index is Very Good 3. The average value of the discipline variable index is Very Good 4.
