Pengaruh Pemberian Upah dan Insentif Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT. Aneka Bumi Pratama
Abstract
This research examines the influence of wages and incentives on employee work productivity at PT. Aneka Bumi
Pratama Simpang Kubu Kandang, Pemayung District, Batang Hari Regency. The purpose of this research is (1)
to find out respondents' responses regarding the provision of wages at PT. Aneka Bumi Pratama Simpang Kubu
Kandang, Pemayung District, Batang Hari Regency (2) to find out respondents' responses regarding incentives
at PT. Aneka Bumi Pratama Simpang Kubu Kandang, Pemayung District, Batang Hari Regency. (3) to find out
respondents' responses regarding Work Productivity at PT. Aneka Bumi Pratama Simpang Kubu Kandang,
Pemayung District, Batang Hari Regency. (4) to determine the effect of providing wages and incentives on work
productivity at PT. Aneka Bumi Pratama Simpang Kubu Kandang, Pemayung District, Batang Hari Regency.
The sampling technique was 20% from a population of 557 to 112 respondents. Data collection methods include
interviews, questionnaires and observation. For analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of data
processing show that partially the wage and incentive variables have a significant effect on the work
productivity of PT employees. Aneka Bumi Pratama with scores of 2,042 and 3,972. With a confidence level of
(α=0.05) and df 2:110 and Adjust R Square (R2) of 0.290, it shows that the wage and incentive variables
simultaneously influence employee work productivity by 29% and the remaining 71% is influenced by other
variables that are not examined in this research.
