Abstract

The purpose of the research is to understand (1) the description of working ability, wrokspace, motivation, and
working performance of PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur Kabupaten Batanghari. (2) Direct and indirect of working
ability on the working performance of PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur Kabupaten Batanghari. (3) direct and indirect
effect of workspace on working performance of PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur Kabupaten Batanghari. (4) direct
effect of motivation on working performance of PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur Kabupaten Batanghari. This research
is descriptive and verfiable. The population in the research was the PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur Kabupaten
Batanghari. The technique used in taking the sample in the research used stratified sampling technique. The
total of the sample in the research was 85 respondents. The data was analyzed by using 2 methods, which are
(1) using deskriptif annalysis with using skala liker, using path analysis to know the factors effected on working
performance of the employee with T test and F test on its significance level (α = 0,05), (2) using determinant
coefficient to know the factors resulted on the working performance of the employee with simultaneous
determinant coeficient. The result of the study showed, the average level of respondent answer for working
ability variable (X1) is 3.483. the average level of respondents answer fo workspace variable (X2) is 3.162. the
average of respondents answer for motivation variable (Y) is 4.597. and the average level of respondents
answer for employee working performance variable (Z) is 3.395. With the results of research using analysis
path by significant level of α = 0,05 obtained R2 X1 X2 to Y worth 0,054 R2 X1 X2 to Z of 0,010 while R2 Y to Z
of 0,092.
