Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kelengkapan Produk Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Konter Abian Cell Store
Abstract
The research aims to determine the effect of service quality and product completeness on consumer satisfaction
at the Abian Cell Store counter in Batang Hari Regency. The research was conducted in a quantitative
descriptive manner with a total of 30 respondents. The test equipment used includes the t-test (partial test), f-test
(simultaneous test and coefficient of determination (R2), which is intended to find the extent and how much
influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable both separately and together using with the
help of the SPSS application. The results of the research show that service quality and product completeness
influence consumer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously, meaning that the null hypothesis is accepted.
Meanwhile, for the coefficient of determination, the result is 0.912 or 91.2 percent for the independent variable
influences the dependent variable while the remaining 8.8 percent is influenced by other factors which are not
included in the research variables.
