Pengaruh Lokasi, Harga dan Promosi Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Usaha Jasa Cepot Loundry di Kelurahan Teratai Muara Bulian
Abstract
This study to determine the effect of location,price and promotion on custumer satisfaction at Cepot Loundry,
teratai muara bulian village. The type of research used is a quantitative approach research. The population of this
study was 4,056 people and the sample population was 44 respondents.Based on the analysis of data processing
that has been tested, all research variable are declared valid and reliable. The partial effect (t test) of Location
(X1)= (3,163>2.02108), price (X2)= (3,183>2,02108 and promotion (X3) = (5,321>2,02108) where Ho acceted
because the value of t count is greater than t table (2,02108). While the simultane value ( f test)
Of the influence of location, price and promotion is 124,377, greater than f table 92,85), this means that the
variable X1,X2,X3 have a significant influenced on the Y variable. Then the coefecient of determination (R2)
obtained from the adjusted R square value of 0,896 the number shows that 89,6% of the dependent variable
outside of this study.
