Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Semangat Kerja Pegawai Ditinjau Dari Perspektif Syariah (Studi UPTD Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak Kabupaten Batang Hari)
Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine and analyze respondents' reactions to job characteristics, work
environment, employee satisfaction, and employee initiatives regarding employee work morale at the UPTD for
the Protection of Women and Children. This type of research is qualitative and quantitative descriptive
research. The subjects of this research are all employees of the Women and Children Protection Uptd, and the
subjects of this research are factors that influence employee morale. The results of the research show that based
on the job characteristics, the average index is 3.8. It can be concluded that the job characteristics factors are
in the good category, as well as the work environment, which has an average index value of 4.5. It can be
concluded that the employee work environment factors are in the good category. very good category, then in
employee satisfaction the average index value is 3.54 it can be concluded that the employee satisfaction factor is
in the good category, and finally employee engagement the average index value is 3.82 it can be concluded that
the employee engagement factor is at good category.
