Analisis Faktor Paling Dominan yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 pada Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah Kabupaten Batang Hari
Abstract
The performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Research and development agency
of Batang Hari Regency in general can be seen from several aspects. In this condition it is
assumed that employee performance and employee morale in carrying out government tasks and
programs are not optimal and the work culture also results in the lower achievement of these
targets. The purpose of the research was to determine the most dominant factors affecting the
performance of employees at the Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Badan Penelitian dan
Pengembangan Daerah Kabupaten Batang Hari Regency. The analytical method used in this
study is to use a qualitative descriptive method (describing and describing) the performance of
employees of the Fisheries and Food Security Department of Batang Hari Regency. The most
dominant factor affecting the performance of employees at the Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Badan
Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah Kabupaten Batang Hari Regency is the Leadership Factor
in the range of 4.2 <x ≤ 5.0 with an index value of 4.26 or rounded to 4.3. Because a leader has an
important role in protecting, supporting and motivating employee work. In addition, a leader
greatly influences employee performance.
