Analisis Tingkat Kehadiran Pegawai dengan Aplikasi Sikepo di Dinas Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura Kabupaten Batang Hari

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1). To find out the implementation of attendance with the Kepo
application at the Food Crops and Horticulture Office of Batanghari Regency, 2) To find out the
Constraints in using the Kepo application in the Food Crops and Horticulture Office of Batanghari
Regency, 3) To find out solutions in implementing employee attendance with the Kepo application
at the Food Crops Service and Horticulture of Batanghari Regency, 4) To analyze the
implementation of employee attendance with the Kepo application at the Food Crops and
Horticulture Office of Batanghari Regency. The analytical method used is qualitative, using analysis
tools, namely analysis interactive model from Miles and Huberman with data analysis with several
parts; 1) data collection (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), 2) data presentation
(data display), and 3) drawing conclusions or verification (conclutions). The results of this study
are the implementation of employee attendance with the SiKepo application, there are several points
including: 1) Employee database server; 2) Administrator Module; 3) SiKepo's features in the
android application are easy to understand and see; 4) The presence of the Food Crops and
Horticulture Service employees with the SiKepo application is very disciplined, the obstacles faced
in using the SiKepo application are found in the employees themselves (intern), the solution for
employee attendance with the SiKepo application is also available for each employee and does not
involve other people except if the SiKepo server is down.
