Analisis Bauran Pemasaran Usaha Jasa Bengkel Sahabat Motor Simpang Sungai Rengas
Abstract
This research is motivated because the workshop business currently has several
competitors and this workshop is one of the workshops that has many customers, so many
do not know the implementation of the marketing mix at this motorbike friend workshop.
The objectives of this study are: 1) to determine the implementation of the marketing mix
at the Rengas River Intersection motorcycle repair shop, Maro Sebo ulu sub-district, 2) to
analyze the marketing mix implementation at the Rengas River interchange motorbike
friend's workshop, Maro Sebo ulu sub- district. This study uses a qualitative descriptive
analysis method that reveals the actual conditions on the object of research through
qualitative analysis by drawing conclusions that are not generally accepted. The results
of the research can be seen from the implementation of the service marketing mix which
consists of 7Ps, namely product, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical
evidence. Based on the results of interviews with workshop owners and several
consumers, it can be seen what analysis was carried out from the implementation of the
marketing mix.
