Pengaruh Motivasi dan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Batang Hari
Abstract
This study aims to determine: 1) respondents' responses to the work motivation of employees at the
Batang Hari Regency DPRD Secretariat, 2) respondents' responses to employee work motivations
at the Batang Hari Regency DPRD Secretariat, 3) respondents' responses to employee erformance
at the Batang Hari Regency DPRD Secretariat, 4) the influence of motivation and communication
on the performance of the secretariat staff of the Batang Hari Regency DPRD. This research uses
quantitative research. The sample in this study is a saturated sample, so that all members of the
population are used as samples with a total of 87 people. Data were collected using a
questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is
multiple linear regression test. The results showed that: 1) respondents' responses to the work
motivation of the Batang Hari Regency DPRD secretariat employees in the Good category, 2)
respondents' responses to the work communication of Batang Hari Regency DPRD secretariat
employees in the Very Good category. 3) respondents' responses to the performance of the Batang
Hari Regency DPRD secretariat employees in the Good category, 4) motivation and
communication have a simultaneous influence on the performance of Batang Hari Regency DPRD
secretariat employees.
