Abstract

The purpose of this research is to Analysis the Leadership Style in improving employee
performance at the Regional Inspectorate Office of Batang Hari Regency. The type of data
analysis that used is technical analysis of management and data analysis based on the results of
observations, interviews and documentation, not including numbers. The results of this study is
the leadership style that applied at the Regional Inspectorate Office of Batang Hari Regency is a
democrati and disciplined leadership style to improve employee performance. The leader
develops a very good leadership strategy to achieve maximum targets in improving employee
performance. Performance of the Regional Inspectorate Office of Batang Hari Regency.
Leadership style and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee
performance.
