Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja dalam Perspektif Islam terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Muara Bulian
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation in an
Islamic perspective on employee performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Muara Bulian. The
analytical method used is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Testing the
significance of the influence of Leadership (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) as the independent
variable and Employee Performance (Y) as the dependent variable performed t-test and F-test.
The results of hypothesis testing on the influence of the Leadership variable on Employee
Performance that the t value is 13.261 > from t table 2.120 with a significance level of 0.000 <
from the level of significance 0.05, it can be seen that Leadership has a significant effect on
Employee Performance. The results of hypothesis testing the value of Work Motivation variable on
employee performance that the t value is -2.783 > from t table 2.120 with a significance level of
0.013 < from the level of significance 0.05, it can be seen that work motivation has no significant
effect on employee performance. The results of the hypothesis testing of the leadership and work
motivation variables on employee performance show that the calculated F value is 101.793 with a
significance level of (0.000 < 0.05), the F table value is 3.63 (101.793 > 3.63) this means that
leadership (X1) and motivation Work (X2) has a simultaneous or joint effect on Employee
Performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Muara Bulian. The resulting Adjusted R Square is
0.918. So it can be concluded that the percentage contribution of leadership and work motivation
to employee performance is 91.8% and the remaining 8.2% is influenced by other factors not
examined in this study.
