Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explain the analysis of leadership styles in recruitment and
placement and supervision of employee work in relation to the payroll system at C.V. Berkat
IstiqomahMuara Bulian Kabupaten Batang Hari. The type of analysis using a qualitative
approach to data management and analysis is the management and analysis of the data based on
the descriptions of intangible numbers. The results obtained from this study is the leadership style
in leading the C.V. Berkat Istiqomah in recruiting employees, it is carried out by recruiting
employees who are in accordance with the required business field and employee placement is
carried out by placing employees in accordance with the desired employee needs and supervising
employee work by applying direct supervision and observation where employees can be under the
control of the leader in relation to the employee payroll system in the employee payroll system
which is in accordance with the employee recruitment carried out while the types of remuneration
applied include division of vi, daily wages, and fixed (monthly) salaries
