Pengaruh Jam Kerja, Insentif Dan Gaji terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada SPBU PT. Azka Baunan Jaya di Rantau Puri
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working hours, incentives and salaries on
employee performance at gas stations PT. Azka Baunan Jaya in Rantau Puri. perception The type
of research used is descriptive research using a quantitative approach. This study will explain the
performance of employees on the variables studied, namely the variables of working hours,
incentives and salaries. In this study the population is all employees who work at gas stations PT.
Azka Baunan Jaya in Rantau Puri totaling 20 people as respondents. The results showed that
based on the t-test the variables of working hours, incentives and salaries had a significant effect
on employee performance. The same result was obtained through the F. Adjusted R square test
which resulted in 0.737. So it can be concluded that the percentage of the effect of working hours,
incentives and salaries on employee performance is 73.7%.
