Pengaruh Keselamatan Kerja dan Kesehatan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Panen Kelapa Sawit pada PT. Pratama Agro Sawit Terusan

Abstract

This study aims to provide information related to Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on
Performance. Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is a problem that cannot be underestimated,
because it will affect employee performance in achieving organizational goals. The achievement of
organizational goals tends to decrease, which is suspected to have something to do with
Occupational Safety and Health (K3). This study aimed to determine how much influence
Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on the Performance of Employees of the Oil Palm
Harvesting Section at PT. Pratama Agro Sawit Terusan. either partially or simultaneously. The
method used in this study is descriptive and verification with the independent variable
(Occupational Safety and Health) and the dependent variable (Employee Performance). The unit
of analysis of this research is all employees of the Palm Oil Harvest Section at PT. Pratama Agro
Sawit Terusan, as many as 25 employees and as the sample of all this research, were taken by
using proportional random sampling technique. Test data analysis using Path Analysis (Path
Analysis) with the help of the SPSS 22.0 for windows program. The implementation of
Occupational Safety and Health (K3) has been well implemented. The results show that
Occupational Safety and Health (K3) has a direct effect on employee performance by 93.8%.
