Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of personality, ability and motivation on
employee performance. The type of research used is descriptive quantitativeresearch. The
sampling technique uses non probability numbers to be sampled, namely 50 respondents. Methods
of collecting data with interviews, questionnaires and observations. For analysis using multiple
linear regression. Based on the analysis of data processing that has been tested, this study was
declared valid and reliable. The results of multiple linear regression equations are Y 10,567 +
0,364 + 0,036 + 0,805. The partial effect (t test) of product quality is 2,341, the effect of price is
0,198 and the effect of service is 4,224. While simultaneously or together (F test) the influence of
product quality, price and service is 9,510. While the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a
value of 0,343 the figure shows that 34,3% of the dependent variable is influenced by the
independent variable, and the remaining 65,7% is influenced by other variables outside of this
study, so the contribution of the effect is small because it is close to zero.
