Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai pada BKPSDMD Kabupaten Batang Hari

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) respondents' responses to the work motivation of employees at the
Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDMD) of Batang Hari
Regency, 2) respondents' responses to the work environment at the Regional Personnel and
Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDMD) Regency. Batang Hari, 3) the influence of
work motivation and work environment on employee work discipline at the Regional Personnel
and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDMD) Batang Hari Regency. This research
uses qualitative and quantitative research types. The sample in this study is a saturated sample, so
that all members of the population are used as samples with a total of 63 people. Data were
collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis
technique used is multiple regression test. The results showed that: 1) respondents' responses to
the work motivation of employees at the Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development
Agency (BKPSDMD) of Batang Hari Regency were in the very high category. 2) respondents'
responses to the work environment of employees at the Regional Personnel and Human Resources
Development Agency (BKPSDMD) of Batang Hari Regency are in very good condition. 3) Work
motivation and work environment have a simultaneous and significant influence on employee work
discipline at BKPSDMD Batang Hari Regency.
