Abstract

This study aims : to find out therespondents’ responsesabout the qualityof service, the
completeness of the product provided, the level of consumer satisfaction at the Abian counter,
and to analyze the level of consumer satisfaction in terms of service quality and product
completeness at the Abian Cell Store counter in the Teratai Village. The type of research use is
survey research, the population in this study is 30 people, this research includes quantitative
descriptive research and the data analysis tool used in the likert scale.
Based on the results of the research and discussion, some of the main conclusions of the study
can be explained as follows: 1) the service quality variable has an average index value of 3.90.
This indicates that the service quality variable is in the good category. 2) the product
completeness variable has an average index value of 4.08. This indicates that the product
completeness variable is in the complete category. 3) the variable level of consumer satisfaction
has an average index of 3.99. This indicates that the level of consumer satisfaction at the Abian Cell Store counter is in
the satisfactory category.
