Analisis Kerjasama Tim dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Sekretariat Dewan Kabupaten Batang Hari

Abstract

This study is to explain the Analysis of Teamwork and Work Discipline on the Performance of
employment at Sekretariat dewan Kabupaten Batang Hari,. The method used is quantitative descriptive
using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Testing of Teamwork (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) as
independent variables and Nurse Performance (Y) as dependent variables, was carried out by t-test, F
test and determination official. The results of hypothesis testing on the Teamwork variable (X1) showed
that the value of Tcount (6.296) > Ttable (2.022). The results of the hypothesis test on the Work Discipline
variable (X2) that the value of Tcal (7.890) > Table (2.022), from the test results partially obtained
Teamwork (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have an influence on Nurse Performance (Y). The simultaneous
variable test showed that the value of Fcal > Ftabel or 121,262 > 3.24, so that Teamwork (X1) and Work
Discipline (X2) had a simultaneous effect on employment Performance (Y). The Adjusted R Square value
of 0.854 to Y or 85.4% and 14.6% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study.
