Pengaruh Harga, Kualitas Jasa dan Promosi Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada DR Loundry Kota Jambi
Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on consumer satisfaction in DR. Laundry.
The type of research used is quantitative approach. The population of this study was 3,583 people and the
sample population was 97 respondents. Based on the data processing analysis that has been tested, all researvh
variables are declared valid and reliable. The partial influence (t test) of price (X1)= (1,227<1,985),service
quality (X2)=(1,756,<1,985) and consumer satisfaction (X3)=(2,095>1,985) where Ho is accepted because of
the influence of location,price, and promotion is 124.377 which is greater than f table (2,85) . This means that
variables X1, The adjusted R square value is 0,883. This figure show that 88,3% of the dependent variable is
influenced by the independent variable and the remaining 11.7% is influenced by other variable outside this
research.
